How it Works: Online Academy
We are talking about a new way of homeschooling. Homeschooling with a twist, a very exceptional twist. Indeed, this is online alternative education, exceptional and different from any other platform. Furthermore, we want to make sure that our teachers, instructors, and tutors are also exceptional. We want exciting, compassionate, enthusiastic, loving as well as educated teachers in our program. Are you willing to take charge of your teaching career? We provide the curriculum and you provide the education, your way.
The way this program is setup, if you are not exceptional, you will not attract the student or parent to you. Your pay will be determined on the students you teach, not the classes. Although, we will have marketing to get the student base into the program, whether they select you as the teacher is strictly in your hands.
Here is another incentive. You will teach the subject you want to teach and when you want to teach it. Do you have a preference to the grade you teach? Is there one particular subject you like? Actually, when do you want to teach, morning, afternoon or night? These are things that you choose. You make your own schedule, not try to fit into someone else’s.
Here is the Criteria we are looking for in our online teachers:
- Need a 4-year degree in teaching
- Experience in the teaching field. College graduates and retired teachers are encouraged to apply.
- Must really love to teach and have something to offer outside the ordinary. Not looking for someone to just earn a check.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. This is the payment structure that will be used.
- You will need to create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualification, talent and introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be provided)
- Dedication and commitment to the program
- Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher standard in education from the traditional school systems.
